I'm not necessarily a Bed & Breakfast kind of person, but I told my Beloved she had found and picked the best place to stay in Hyde Park,New York.
What a wonderful place for a girls get away! Lovely spot, yummy breakfast, great folks!
Valerie and Eric are great hosts. Very friendly, totally knowledgeable about the area, and more than willing to help.
This was our first time staying at the Journey Inn but not the last! It was set back from the road yet right across from the Vanderbilt Estate and only 4 miles from FDR Museum (which was awesome!). We loved the Tuscany Room, so charming,although shower was small. There was no tv which was a nice change. Valerie was an amazing host and cooked up the most delicious breakfast...guerre cheese pie, berry compote with fage yogurt and muffin. We conversed with Valerie and other guests. So fun! We hope to visit again soon!
Great location, friendly, knowledgeable owners, delicious breakfasts. The perfect bed and breakfast.
