SPRAVATO PATIENTS BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE LIES ABOUT COSTS AND CO PAYS!!!! It is not the doctors, MPs, nurses, or techs who are the problem. The Murrysville office staff are the GIGANTIC problem. 1. When had my intake I was told I had a $15 “outpatient visit” copay per visit plus medication cost. And I was charged 15$ per session for months until later I found out I had met my deductible and out of pocket max. Let me start by saying my experience with journey as a whole has been difficult, but it is NOT the Green Tree office that is the issue. It is the Murrysville office that is a GIGANTIC problem. Green tree is absolutely FANTASTIC! Dr. Matasay and Sheena are total rockstars! They are short staffed and constantly promised a new NP and administrative assistant. Staff turn around is crazy. So, the psychiatrist and nurse (whose job is to take care of spravoto patients) are running around answering phones, checking people in, and sc... read more
