Not a terrible experience. Not bad if you just want to be in and out without all the fake therapy to get some goofy accreditation and more government money. You just pay, some guy gets richer, and you get your meds, easy. They will do more therapy stuff if you asked for it though if thats your thing. SPRAVATO PATIENTS BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE LIES ABOUT COSTS AND CO PAYS!!!! It is not the doctors, MPs, nurses, or techs who are the problem. The Murrysville office staff are the GIGANTIC problem. 1. When had my intake I was told I had a $15 “outpatient visit” copay per visit plus medication cost. And I was charged 15$ per session for months until later I found out I had met my deductible and out of pocket max. Let me start by saying my experience with journey as a whole has been difficult, but it is NOT the Green Tree office that is the issue. It is the Murrysville office that is a GIGANTIC problem. Green tree is absolutely FANTASTIC! Dr. Matasay and Sheena are total rockstars! They are short staffed and constantly promised a new NP and administrative assistant. Staff turn around is crazy. So, the psychiatrist and nurse (whose job is to take care of spravoto patients) are running around answering phones, checking people in, and sc... read more
