This gym is exceptionally clean, absolutely spotless! The equipment is the best of the best... The adjunct therapies and services round out a complete health and wellness experience. Lastly, it's an incredible value! Thank you, Jeff and Renae for creating such a wonderful environment!

Men’s locker room is nasty. There are cloth covered benches with suspicious white stains that never get cleaned

As a senior couple at age 87, my wife, Barb and I absolutely love Journey Health and Fitness. Barb, who was affected with sepsis two years ago lost her strength and mobility. Our daughter found Michael Lambert, a physical therapist, located at Journey Health and Fitness, owned and operated by Renae and Jeff Jones. At our age we were initially concerned and apprehensive how we would be accepted by the younger members. This is the best gym I ever belonged to! The owners, Renae and Jeff, care so much about their members and take immense pride in their gym. The staff are incredible and include personal trainers, stretch and massage therapists, an onsite physical therapy practice (Michael is brilliant) and IV/peptide therapy. The gym is bright, spacious and pristine clean with an impressive selection of top notch equipment and never feels crowded. Stopped by the gym in the spur of the moment and ill definitely be going back! Top notch equipment, clean facility's and the owner Jeff would give you the shit off his back. Stand up Guyana overall great gym!
