This is the best gym I ever belonged to! The owners, Renae and Jeff, care so much about their members and take immense pride in their gym. The staff are incredible and include personal trainers, stretch and massage therapists, an onsite physical therapy practice (Michael is brilliant) and IV/peptide therapy. Stopped by the gym in the spur of the moment and ill definitely be going back! Top notch equipment, clean facility's and the owner Jeff would give you the shit off his back. Stand up Guyana overall great gym!

Journey Health and Fitness was recommended to me by a local contractor and I'm thankful for the recommendation. The vibe and energy in the gym is fantastic, the trainers are engaging, welcoming, knowledgable and friendly. The facility has a wide variety of cardio, machine & free weights, barbells, functional workout space, mobility support, saunas... The works. What I particularly enjoy is the gym caters to all fitness levels and all ages. I always leave in a great mood! Shout out to Jeff, Nate, Dan and the team!

40 years plus of being a “gym rat” this is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. Journey is more than well equipped and extremely clean. Oh and did I mention I’ve never had to wait to get on a piece of equipment? Love it here. Thank you Jeff and Renae! ❤️💪🏼
