Incredible selection of well-maintained equipment, warm community atmosphere, everything you could ask for. Loved the old location and the new one is even better! I live on the east coast but visit family in Parker regularly. I was looking for a place to train when I visit, and was lucky enough to find this gem a couple years ago - now I wouldn’t train anywhere else. The gym of my dreams…

Home away from home. I have been a member of Journey for 3 years now. I loved everything about the old location. But this NEW location is 🤩 What keeps me at Journey is the fantastic and friendly trainers, the amazing equipment and Jeff and Renae. I’ve been working with Nate for several years and highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Took some time to check this place out. Being a dad in my 40's, I have never felt more comfortable and motivated walking into a gym for the first time that I did here. Everything is personalized and they're cheaper than the purple monsters that give you pizza while you walk on a treadmill! Results matter and in Douglas county, there is not a better place.

The new location in meridian Colorado is by far the nicest gym I’ve ever been a member of. The gym is always spotless and the members there are extremely helpful and polite. The equipment is state of the art with so many different variations available it’s always keeping workouts fresh!
