This gym has helped me So much! Coach Ricardo and the other coach's really push and motive me to work harder than I ever have before and the results are showing let me tell you! I can bend further, I'm more focused, I can kick higher, I feel better on a daily basis! I'm someone who has a stomach condition and with added more protein to my diet and more water and working out I've helped that a lot!
