Great gym with even greater results! I have been a member for many years and enjoy everything the gym has to offer. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and overall feel better in my body and mind! Friendly staff, clean facility, and many options of high intensity workouts to machines and weightlifting. I look forward to seeing their expansion and any future service offerings!
Great environment and amazing coaches
In just 12 months, I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, and gained so much more than physical results—I found a second family. The coaches are absolutely phenomenal. They push you to be your best, but in the most supportive and motivating way. The Journey Kids program has benefited my children so much in learning about their health, good habits and becoming STRONG💪 Our children actually got us involved and we love it!
