I had been out of the gym/workout scene for over 15 years, so finding the right place felt intimidating. I wanted something with more motivation and accountability than Planet Fitness or Anytime Fitness, but not as intense as CrossFit—and let me tell you, THIS gym is it! Great gym with even greater results! I have been a member for many years and enjoy everything the gym has to offer. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and overall feel better in my body and mind! Friendly staff, clean facility, and many options of high intensity workouts to machines and weightlifting. I look forward to seeing their expansion and any future service offerings!

In just 12 months, I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, and gained so much more than physical results—I found a second family. The coaches are absolutely phenomenal. They push you to be your best, but in the most supportive and motivating way. They know when to challenge you and when to encourage you, and they genuinely care about your progress both inside and outside the gym. The workouts are always high-energy, and surprisingly fun. I went to try a Deka training class and was impressed. Great facility and trainers. I ended up purchasing a package of class passes and look forward to improving my health and athletic ability.
