My former trainer in Port Orange- not Journeys- talked about ADL’s! I was going there for strength training and because I’m over 70 was treated like a fragile old lady. Then I found Skye at the NSB location and have been working out with her for six months! She kicks my butt and we talk about Personal Bests-not activities of daily living!
