Great membership prices and 24/7 gym access; an amazing combo.
Gym is nice, just don't use their direct debit payment company. (debitsuccess). They wanted to charge me a $10 fee for not having enough money in my account. I showed them I did but they didn't believe me (this was confirmed by my bank). When I talked to the gym, they said talk to debitsuccess, when I contacted debitsuccess, they said talk to my bank. Three companies had to get involved to sort this problem out! In the end, Journey Fitness offered to cancel my membership, which I took them up on. I'm not their kind of custom... read more
