Extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning Paul did for us! He's very professional and provides fantastic service at excellent prices . He tells you upfront how much it will cost so there's no hidden fees. We had two bedrooms, a high traffic hallway and an area rug cleaned. We are super pleased with everything, but especially the high traffic hallway that looked terrible before and we can't believe how much better it looks now after the cleaning. We highly recommend Journey Carpet Cleaning!

We had Journey Carpet Cleaning out today and we couldn’t have been happier or more impressed. Paul, the owner, was friendly and professional. The price was very competitive and even came in lower than the original bid (how often does that happen?) We requested a natural/neutral fragrance, and that was no problem. He was very efficient and timely. Thank you Paul!
Found them online and saw some good reviews so I called in & made an appointment. They did a very nice job on cleaning in general. However, there is one spot that has stain on the first step at front door area is still there. I am not sure if they have seen it or not. It is pretty obvious and it should be gone for sure. I would say except that, I am very happy with their work and would still recommend them.
