I am here to share and support both you and your family in your birth experience, joining you on your journey into parenthood and watching you bloom into your role. I also work with individuals and small groups to help lead you in your yoga practice. I believe yoga is for everyone and I would love to be a part of your personal yoga journey.

Amy is amazing!! I take her Monday evening healing yoga class and it's the highlight of my week. She is caring and compassionate and always makes sure you are 100% comfortable. Absolutely love her! Will definitely be using her doula services as well.
