I had my first birth in a reputable hospital of my choice, and my second at Journey Birth Center. The difference was night and day. I was so peaceful and calm throughout the whole process at Journey; I felt listened to and cared for, and by the time I went into labor, I had all the mental tools I needed from their birth bootcamp to breathe through it and remain joyful and unafraid. My third birth and my first birthing center experience. I cannot recommend enough. I have retold my birthing story to all of my family and friends. Journey Birth Center gave me the best experience that I could have asked for.
I had a wonderful experience at Journey Birth Center. This was my second unmedicated, birth center birth and truly a redemptive experience. The facility and staff and wonderful and make you feel like you’re home. For anyone considering having an unmedicated birth or wanting to birth outside of the hospital, I can’t recommend Journey enough!
I can not recommend Journey Birth Center enough! They were great with the birth of my third baby. My baby decided to hang out longer than planned, 41 weeks and 4 days to be exact, and the midwives supported me along the way. We were able to ask questions in the app, text, and call whenever needed. Our birth was very quick (once he decided it was time to come) and our midwives helped us delivery our son safely, swiftly, and beautifully. We’re so thankful for this amazing team!
I had a wonderful experience here (Humble location) having my baby boy, Tucker. I would recommend it to any mom and will definitely birth here for any future babies that God may bless us with. Everyone is kind and helpful, and it was such a wonderful contrast to dealing with Western medicine and allopathic doctors. -Avalon K
