Absolutely wonderful. Dr. Rachel is a true blessing. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Rachel Allgor is an outstanding audiologist. I am deaf one ear and my hearing in the other ear was declining. Three months ago Dr. Allgor prescribed two hearing aids. The deaf ear now has an aid that senses sound on that side and transmits the sound to my other ear which now has excellent hearing. I hear sounds I hadn't heard in many years and I no longer have to position myself so a person with me is at my "good ear side". Highly recommended for sure.
Dr. Rachel is the best! She's a top notch audiologist. And SO fabulous with her patients. Love that she served patients 'in house' at the community where my Mom lived. Her customer service is above and beyond. It's so very wonderful to work with her and a company that is so efficient and has such fabulous customer service! Thank you very much for providing what is so rarely available these days.
