We got in contact with Patrick a month or so ago to help file our taxes. After collecting all of our sensitive documents and assuring us that he would communicate and get our taxes filed on time, he completely ghosted us. We haven't heard from him in two weeks, leaving us no choice but to file our taxes by ourselves.
