Was a walk in for lads , i was seen within 20 mins and April the tech taking my blood work was amazing!!! She was friendly and funny and put me at ease. Thank you April for making my experience great 👍

First time going to Optum at the Journal Center was a nightmare. Entering the building from the Northwest side there's a desk. Only sign on the desk indicates where packages should go, not that it's an unmanned space. There's a contracted pharmacy and blood testing center (Quest) both not Optum businesses. The only indication that patients are seen on the first floor is the word Check In by the elevators, no arrows or way to figure out where to go. Barnaby is the worst!!!!! Can you plz require your staff to go to some kind of customer service school??? Plz keep the homeless people out and shoo off the drug dealers stealing catalytic converters and license plates from here and neighboring businesses. You have private security That's why your prices are so high right? It's definitely not because your people skills are so very awesome.
