I enjoyed interacting with everyone except for Mike. He gives Jourden's Automotive a bad reputation. He should care more about how he talks to and treats customers if he is in charge of dealing with them. I am fine with someone disagreeing with me as long as you remain courteous. What I can't take is you raising your voice and disrespecting me. I can't imagine anyone taking that kind of tone with a customer. I ask one question and Mike becomes extremely irritable. Went to the place next door originally, DON'T GO NEXT DOOR! Come to this establishment, they are profession, courteous, polite, and know what they are doing. I am very pleased with their work and will definately come back again. Thanks guys, you're the best!
