Paid for a title search and extra to have it expedited. They missed a lien which should have been caught and settled at closing. One year later I had to settled the lien they missed. Asked for my title search money back and they said they would get back to me and never did. THEY SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME THEIR FEE BUT THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST. Never even got an apology. NOT RECOMMENDED

We discussed the issue with the reviewers attorney and the searcher that missed the lien is NOT an employee of this law firm she is an independent contractor and she felt that the services charged were provided because the HUD modification was not indexed properly and Mr. ******* was aware that he had a lien and never disclosed it to his attorney and he acknowledged that he did owe the amount ... read more
