Jourdan was out of town when I reached out about an issue with my engine stalling out, but despite this he gave me plenty of information over the phone anyways about what might cause the type of issue I was experiencing, as well as some ways to approach it. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. He led me in the direction of checking for unmetered air entering the engine. I was able to get it fixed, and my car is running great now!

Excellent and wonderful experience and service! I was in need of a good and trustworthy mechanic. I needed immediate repair and they were able to accommodate me quickly. The mechanic answered all my questions clearly and truthfully and worked to give me a great value on the service. I felt so comfortable there and the turnaround was impressive. I do recommend to others!

Our SUV wouldn't start during this cold so we reached out to Jourdan. He was very responsive and communicated great, and had a list of issues he was prepared to check. He found that our battery was dead and even made sure to check it was under warranty, which it was, saving us hundreds. He went to grab a battery and was back to install shortly.
