I am Blessed to have found Dr. Joumana Chaiban! The Extra BLESSING is that she's Right in my neighborhood! My recent DEXA Scan at my PCP showed Osteoporosis. I was devastated. I was diagnosed with Osteopenia MANY Years ago, and took Weekly Vit D supplements. After my DEXA Scan, My PA wanted to start me on Prolia. l was Afraid, because of all the reviews/info l read about all of those meds, especially for Seniors. I went to go see Dr. Chaiban with my mother who only speaks Vietnamese. She is very understanding and listens to my mother thoroughly, also providing her with excellent treatment and care. Thank you!

I had a very difficult time communicating with her. She was a terrible listener. My condition did not improve under her care. She wanted me to lose weight but I was not overweight. The medicines she put me on did not work and she seemed impatient and irritated. Office staff with the exception of her nurse was horrible. I did find a better doctor who helped me understand how much she was lacking. My current doctor listens. My condition is now under control and my weight is just fine.
