Lonnie was right on the ball with diagnosing the problem with the furnace and getting parts in a timely manner. He discovered for us that the failed part was under furnace warrenty which saved us $650!! Such a professional, friendly and honest guy to deal with. Got us out of a bind. Thanks Lonnie!!
Absolutely amazing service… Very thorough and detailed and when the job was complete, he was able to tell me what he did and why he did it… Which is just as important… Thank you so much!!
The condo corporation had JOULES HVAC do some work to upgrade the exterior lighting around our building as well as some interior HVAC and electrical projects. It was a pleasure to work with Lonnie. He is a good communicator, so that really helps things move along smoothly!
He is truly the best in the business. Lonnie has gone out of his way for me when I just couldn't figure my hot tub out. I'd rate him 10 stars.
Joules, Lonnie communicated well, arrived when arranged and professionally completed the requested service. Thankyou, Clifton
