I went to J.O.T.S. For a tire repair a few months ago. They were friendly, reasonably priced, experienced, and did a great job. They were very helpful and answered the many questions I had regarding my car. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
I contacted John Grubb to complete work on my wife's equinox. I dropped it off Thursday, May 4. I received an estimate May 7 and gave him the okay to complete the work on May 9. I reached out the 15th, 18th, and 20th with no response to calls or texts. Finally heard back on the 22nd that he was waiting for parts and should be completed in 7-9 days.
