Been coming here since Rob owned it. Always had a good experience even after the new owners took over. Always been honest and in a good location. James has great customer service. Show them some love.
James is my hero! He's the best in the area when it comes to diagnosing check engine and electrical problems. We spent 3 months going back and forth between Tradition Chevy and Rob's, trying to get rid of the check engine light to go off so it could pass inspection. James found the electrical issue within 30 minutes! I've been there 4 times now. The customer service is excellent. They are very honest and do not try to upsell you. They don't just 'fix' things; they take the time to dial everything in perfectly, especially when it comes to suspension and alignment.
