Dr.Malholtra is very efficient and caring. The staff are very efficient and very pleasant.
If I can choose the option of zero stars, I would. I was told that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled by receptionist Janelle/Janae. Can’t even remember her name. Wasn’t helpful at all. Had an attitude as well. I have scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc last night after my ER visit and confirmed my appointment. I got a notification 5mins after my call with the office this morning stating that my appointment is now cancelled. The worst. And I really need to see someone urgently. Get better STAFF! Sick!
