The workers here are rude as hell and disrespectful, my card was reading error online because I didnt receive the physical one yet and I didnt even get to finish my full sentence on if she could bypass the code which multiple vendors have done for me before she says," NO." I never even seen this lady before and on top of that, it doesnt matter who I greet at the front, they never say hello back. Just rude and ugly.
It is clean and the have good prices
All the workers do is talk on the phone all day and talk their personal business , Don’t even greet you when you walk in or leave . Great beauty supply with a variety of options but they customer service sucks . Life already hard nobody wants to spend their hard earned money and the customer service sucks
Customer service is horrible Especially from the owner and cashier You ask questions about products And they respond with an attitude I wouldn’t recommend supporting this business
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I showed up 20 minutes before closing, according to the hours listed on Google, only to have the owner close the door in my face and lock it without a word. When I politely said, “Your store hours say you’re still open,” he looked me dead in the eye and snapped, “I can close my store whenever I want!” Then he waved me off like I was trash, with no concern, no decency, and absolutely no customer care.
