Wow! I received exceptional customer service from Jostens Texas Grad Shop. I had difficulty entering my son’s class ring payment on the Jostens’ website. I called the Texas Grad Shop and spoke with Ms. Nixon who went out of her way to keep the shop open a bit past closing to help me with the order as I was coming from a medical appointment in Dallas with my son. Ordered two rings for my twin niece and nephew on February 13th. Called to check on both rings to ensure they’d be here in time for the ring ceremony (April 10th). Was told they’d both been shipped and would make it in time. Well only one did and I’m still waiting on the other one. No one can tell me anything. For the amount of money you spend here you would thing there would be better communication. In the future I will not make purchases from this company. Jostens?? Do better.
