Was told my order would have been here by May 2nd it didn’t come 🙃 I placed my order March 16th and still nothing I will never order with them again .

Customer service at the Hugh Road office is awful. I couldn’t get out a complete sentence without being rudely interrupted by the woman on the phone so we’ll spend our money elsewhere. This is precisely why so many shop online!!!!

I was told one thing (specifically, that there was plenty of time to finalize graduation arrangements with our co-op) and another in person (that supposedly *I* had called to cancel our announcement order). I most certainly DID NOT. Fortunately, there are better options, and for our second graduate in a few years, I'll go to those first instead of wasting any time or money with Jostens. Edited to add: Don't blame Covid for employees lying to me, either on the phone or in person. I'm done with you and I'm telling people WHY.
