If you are looking for a great experience buying a class or championship ring, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Now, if you want a a terrible experience from top to bottom (yes, from reps to management) then this is your place. They can't figure anything out and keep pushing you from one person to another. Better off with a cracker jack box ring. If i could give zero stars, i would. Complete joke.
If I could give negative stars I would. Customer service is poor. The gowns are disgusting. I will never deal with this sorry excuse of a company again. I would rather pay 10 times the cost for a clean gown and quality items. This stuff looks like they contracted through TEMU.

No customer service skills. The “gentleman”, I use that term loosely, was rude to my son, very arrogant, lazy and not helpful!
I hoped they would imporve sonce our first graduate, but things seem to be worse. Rude to my daughter at pickup. My oldest son recalled a negative encounter when ordering. They are nice on the phone but do not actually solve the issues- always a battle to get them to fix their mistake. I hate how this company has a monopoly on everything graduation. 4 kids , on our final senior . At least they are consistent in screwing up orders.
