Worst company pls do not order cap and gown from here. I ordered last month for my son's graduation. They took $18 for shipping. Did not send any tracking, I am yet to receive the order. Its already 2 months and close to graduation. Horrible customer service. They never pick up their phone.
Had a very hard time finding a customer service number.
Way overpriced, you have to call if you want just your cap and gown.

The quality was great but less than a week away to graduation they sent my son's cap and gown to the wrong school other than that I like it.
