Have had a horrible experience. Ordered announcements early to send out to family. They got delayed 4 times, super annoying also provided no shipping info to me I had to contact customer service. Now that announcements arrived we checked the first ones we packed which were the right name. Apparently they sent us the wrong ones scattered throughout as well. Are we ever going to get our announcements that we ordered months ago? Graduation is 2 weeks away!!! HORRID customer service. Beware of your charges as well. They like to double charge. You do have options. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE!!!
The customer service is horrid! They were extremely inconvenienced by my call, talked over me, repeated the same scripted response without listening to my questions. I ended up canceling the order and going else where. Avoid this company if possible.
Ordered cap & gown for $50 & was charged $19 for sales tax, no receipt was told would get an email but so far squat including no explanation of breakdown 👹!
