Absolutely wonderful job. I cant believe how good my car looks. Paint is beautiful and color match is on point. Ive never seen anything quite like it. Very very good job!! Thnk u!
Very professional, efficient. Car looked great when it was done. Office staff and body shop personnel very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
Completely horrible and unprofessional. The repairs were then delayed 5 times, with a different “last part” they claimed to be missing each time. Eventually, they said a new part is on back order for 2 weeks, but magically had the part and car ready that same day after my insurance called them. They are also supposed to clean the car, but the area repaired was covered in dust and grime from the shop and workers.
One of the worse experiences possible with this place. A small fender bender took 4 months and 3 different GM's just to have my car finished. First, it took them 2 weeks after dropping my car off for them to even take a look at it. I know this based off of when the parts were ordered and when I dropped it off.
