Did my daughter’s hair. We discussed the price, and when it was time to pay, they added extra charges. When I spoke with them, I asked if the trimming was included and they said yes. I also asked about any additional charges, and they did not mention a card fee. There was no sign posted anywhere. I did not like the way they did her hair, and then they wanted to charge me extra for a trim after they had already said it was included.
This is my favorite spot! I’m always so happy with my hair—whether I’m getting a silk press or a roller set, it comes out looking wonderful. The whole team, from the shampoo bowl to the styling chair, is so friendly and welcoming.
I took my daughter after wearing braids to get a deep conditioner and a flat iron , my daughter left in tears because Josie was so rough and kept burning her scalp. Being local to the area I decoded to gove Josie another chance and she completely ruined my hair. I am a natural 4c hair type and decided to get my hair straightened and ends clipped I noticed Josie put me under the dryer for about 3 mins which is unusual for me , and after washed my hair and blow dried it then flat ironed it .
