Best home builder in Southeast Ga!! After 11yrs we needed some advice on home repairs. Call after call with multiple quotes ranging from low to high. Who’s too low? Who’s too high? From the moment we walked into the home, to being handed the keys, Josselyn Homes was everything we could have wanted in our home buying purchase. The house is exceptionally well built and you can tell how much they strive to make the homeowners feel happy in this new home. Walter provided an excellent walkthrough of the home giving us pertinent information and insight. AND Mallory was a breeze to work with and so nice and helpful! If we ever build in the future, we will 100% go with Josselyn Homes! Highly recommend!
They built us a home two years ago, a nice home. Before we purchased we asked multiple times can they build behind us and were told multiple times they can't build because it was a preserve. There was no confusion we were lied to by all of them. First they knocked all the trees down so now there's no privacy, they're building townhomes behind us with two ponds and a swale that is between our property and there's. We are more than devastated because we wouldn't have spent $100,000 on a pool and enclosure if they were honest. ... read more
