Be thankful they aren’t taking on new clients, booked appointment weeks ago call to confirm appointment time and I’m not in there books. Crucial paperwork for employer and I’m simply told to just go to the walk in clinic… any one know how our walk in clinics are going hence booking the appointment will never return to this doctors office.
Dr Saif is amazing, such a great Doctor! I wish I could say the same for the front desk people. they are incredibly rude and have no customer service or no professionalism. I tried calling today after not seeing Dr Saif for a period of time, to find out about what that looks like, if I'm a patient still, if I could be on a list etc. Mid sentence the lady cut me off to say No No, in that moment I realized this was the same way they acted from day one of becoming Dr Saif's patient 8 years ago. i find him very good polite and caring
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Often Dr Saif doesn’t even call me when we have an appointment.
