i find him very good polite and caring
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Often Dr Saif doesn’t even call me when we have an appointment.
Receptionist pretty rude, I was of the understanding they take calls, book apps and help the patients over phone (not with medical advice) Not what I found calling, for an appointment Told to go to walk in because dr is going on vacay, I guess he wont be back? Ever? But that's okay, I havent been seen often enough so I am an inactive patient anyways. Again Go to the walk in Thank you. I'll go to a walk in clinic
