Receptionist was extremely harsh. Nurse who took all my info was professional & personable. The kind doctor couldn’t provide any service until he contacted a representative for my Medtronic implant. After two weeks I got a call back with surgery scheduled. Hospital surgery center kept me waiting nearly 5 hours beyond my scheduled arrival with no food or water allowed since midnight the night before! Dr Plunkett removed my 20 yr old device & I went home with zero after effects!
I want to wish him all the best as he retires this year! Always good to see Dr Plunkett. Wonderful Doctor!
