I recently contracted Josmar Tree Service to remove three large trees from my property. I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Right from the start, Jose was excellent with communication—clear, responsive, and easy to work with. He made sure I understood the process and timeline, and everything went exactly as discussed. Jose was supposed to be at my house at 6pm to give an estimate on work for me. He was a no show/no call. I called him at 7pm and 2 times after that to see if he would be coming, left voice mails each time with no call back. I would be very careful if you consider doing business with this guy. He is not dependable.
Met with Jose who was very responsive in getting back to me, explained everything and followed through. Easy to work with, and did a great job and cleanup. Would definitely recommend and will use again. This is an awesome service!
Jose was great to work with. After speaking, he made it out to my house very quickly and was able to take care of the job there on the spot. Will be keeping his contact info for the next time we have tree trouble. Highly recommend him!
