This company very clearly doesn't understand the difference between pet damage and wear and tear from an improperly installed door. The apartment (run by Kos Management) I lived at for 7+ years is claiming Joski reported carpet damage that was "very clearly cat damage that was repairable". The carpet in question was directly in a doorway where the door was clearly rubbing on the carpet.
