Horrible service and fake 5 start reveiws from the people who work there. Long waits, lousy customer service, referrals not made and maybe worst of all they review their own business with 5 star reviews to try to offset all the bad ones because there are so many. For example the one quoted below from Google reviews is actually in the name of the PA that works there. That's how stupid and totally unethical they are about it. Let me first say this. Absolutely IGNORE the negative reviews. They're all referring to the previous outfit. Even though it's the same building and the same name the man in charge is Dr. Rapalje. I had heard from several people (friends and family alike) that this doctor was awesome! So, I figured I would ignore the negative reviews and see for myself. Man I was so glad I did!!!!! Jim Rapalje is a wonderful provider. He’s been caring for my kids and me for years! Very knowledgeable and thorough.
They suck Long waits, and I mean LONG as in 2 -3 hours, uncaring and unprofessional staff and Dr. Virtually anywhere is better to go than here.
Absurdly long waits + a Dr. who spends more time rambling on about his own personal and completely irrelevant nonsense than listening to patients + one of the rudest office staffs I have ever dealt with = a nightmare for patients.
