Austin sent a text to tell me he was on the way. He introduced himself, told me what services he was here to do, and did everything professionally and efficiently. Before he left, he made sure I had no questions or concerns. He was pleasant and easy to work with.
Devin arrived past 5 pm. He did a thorough job and was professional. However, he said he had 26 homes to visit today and still had six more after he left here. Then he has a two hour drive back to St Louis. I think Moxie needs to take better care of their team.
