Terrible and unprofessional workers. My mother uses them and they have always been aware of her miniature dachshunds that would be present when they go by. There has never been an issue with the dogs. Today she saw Frank on camera enter the gate, without closing it, then start spraying the hard. One of the miniature dachshunds was barking at the worker but was not approaching and was wagging his tail. This worker proceeded to spray the 12 pound dog in the face repeatedly with bug killer! Kahlid did a great job with our quarterly service!
A hard sell, lots of promises and no results. Required contract, quarterly extermination of all bugs outside. Service is not effective at all. More bug issues than ever in prior years. I would not recommend.
