Terrible!! I called to see if they had orchids as I needed them last minute for an order. The guy assured me he would have them the next morning at 7am. I leave work to be there right at 7 and no one is there. I call and he says his wife will be there in 5mins. 10mins pass and I call again. After all that he thought I was calling about his other location. Are you kidding me?! I called the number for the LONG BEACH location. Waste of my time.
