Joshua Construction has done excellent work and has met all my expectations in the projects they've completed for me. I highly recommend them.
We hired Joshua for painting, tile work, regrouting, staining, and cabinet painting to save time. Instead, I ended up having to redo much of the work myself. The quality was unacceptable. Areas were left unfinished, including spots that were never painted or properly caulked. In many places, it looks no better than before he started. The biggest issue was the cabinets — they were painted with regular paint instead of the proper materials, and they began chipping almost immediately.
