Excellent! Been my doctor for several years. Im a snowbird and wish he would come back to Long Island with my husband and I when we leave every year.
Dr. Eberhard was excellent and engaged in a meaningful dialogue. The entire staff I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and courteous, which made my visit go smoothly. Everyone contributed as much as they could, from the check-in process to seeing the doctor and the checkout afterward. Even the valet services were nice and very helpful.
They will not call your prescriptions in even after repeated calls to their office. I had to get the pharmacy to call them and take action. Finally got my medications after 7 days but not all.
One of the best young doctors I have ever met!
Dr. Joshua Eberhard is excellent. I went to him back in like 2015 to 2016. Back then I had to change doctor's due to insurance, but I'm happily back as a patient of his again.
