Where do I begin I recently went here because I'm pregnant and was hurting too much this was my first and last time going there the woman checking me in was rude I told her I was 24 weeks she kept saying 34 weeks and 36 weeks I finally wrote it down for her and she still was getting it wrong next I got sent up to the birth floor I told them I was high risk and didn't know why and I mention they told me the baby had a heart problem the nurse told me they didn't want to tell you the baby has a bad problem so they sent you to a... read more
Was taken to ER by ambulance for vertigo. Nurse said it was from a concussion from a fall that I had a week earlier giving me only a minor scratch on forehead. The decided that I needed a ct but their machines were down so they sent me by ambulance to Jackson where they did CT with negative results. Didn't have decency to transport me back to Dyersburg as they discharged me in Jackson. One hundred and twenty dollars I was back home via taxi. This was on top of 2k charges from ambulance. To Whom It May Concern: My wife had an appointment at 2pm today 6/11/15. We arrived on the dot and checked in. We waited for 46 minutes before her name was called to see a representative, any more than that and we would have walked out of your facility. Upon getting into the reps office, I asked this person if a wait of 45 minutes was acceptable, Her reply ( Don't complain to me!), Obviously not the right answer I was expecting.. Even being extremely sick and testing positive for the flu, they got me in and out. .even tho it was my first time there. They were all very professional yet laid back with a touch of hometown feel!! Definitely is my go to place from now on......
Long waits, great nursing staff, patients sent to Jackson General with anything other than minor. Might as well go to Jackson to begin with!

Dr.Bartz likes to twist what you say.He hears what he wants to and does not keep confidential information to himself. We use to love him until he pulled this crap.

stay away and take the extra 45 miles and go to a real hospital this place will kill you they can not even treat heart attack victims they only stabalize them and ship them to another hospital
