Very courteous and professional staff. Dr. Vandersteen listened and came up with a plan of action.
First time going, showed up way early, got in early. We talked about my concerns and issues, set up a plan.. didn’t feel rushed at all. Was done by the time my original appointment time was scheduled.
Staff and doctors was very patient with my hearing disability. And very concerned with my symptoms. Would highly recommend, this physician!
I met Dr Vandersteen 2 times, before my surgery when he come into talk to me with Dr Parr... then I got to followup in clinic... he was extremely nice and helped me understand my options... I really liked that he left the decision up to me.. I met Dr Vandersteen through Dr Parr, who put together a team of surgeons to try and fix my crazy problems.... I am deeply thankful to each of the Drs who helped me this last year.. I will be going back....but I will also recommend others to him thank you Dr Vandersceen..
