We visited Retro Ranchito for our 10th wedding anniversary. Leafe and Katherine are THE BEST hosts. They have the most tastefully decorated and curated home in Palm Springs - everything was clean and fresh. We wanted for nothing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The garden (and house plants!) was lush - Hummingbirds flying around constantly. The views (day and night) were amazing. The hosts were generous and kind. We are looking forward to staying at one of the JT properties in the future!
I highly recommend this location for a peaceful and relaxing couples getaway. Stay for a long weekend and reconnect with each other. Best part, so private minimal to no clothing is the best option. Back yard fire pit, hot tub, and stargazing was the best part. No light pollution sets a great mood for the night. And if you need to go into town, you aren't far from a short drive into Joshua tree for minor essentials and a few minutes more eastbound to 29 Palms, where the Grocery Outlet has the BEST prices for your weekend nee... read more
We rented from Joshua Tree Vacations for our stay in Palm Springs - it was their Retro Ranchito. This place was the perfect rental option for us, we stayed just under a week. We are a couple so it was ideal for two people. The house is very well maintained and is exactly as described. A Special Stay at Retro Ranchito! We absolutely loved our time at Retro Ranchito. From the moment we arrived, there was just a wonderful energy about the space - calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. One of our favorite things was the privacy. We stayed at Retro Ranchito in Palm Spring and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, perfect for us. It had all the stuff you’d expect and want in a kitchen. Bathrooms were more than adequate, and the pool, hot tub, and fire pit were perfect, and a wonderful compliment to the exterior trees and vegetation. Everything was amazing, including communication from the owners. Definitely would recommend and stay again!
