I had two reflexology sessions with Bill. The first was fine, nothing extraordinary, but the second made me extremely uncomfortable. He used sexual and inappropriate language multiple times, which has no place in a professional therapeutic setting. I felt unsafe and intimidated and chose to finish the session rather than confront him, as I was unsure how he might react. First time visiting. It was also my first time having a foot reflexology and ear reflexology. William was very understanding of what I needed to get done and concentrated in those areas while also sharing the importance of what he was doing. You will leave wanting to back and you will also leave feeling better. I will return and I highly recommend.
