Great Hikes! – Put on the hiking boots, grab a canteen of water and go for it. Trails are wonderful and it is easy to spend a full day enjoying the scenery.

Beautiful & Clean – Joshua Tree is far off the beaten path and thats a good thing. Not many people venture off this wonderful camping place and it shows. The park is very clean and well taken care of. It can be very hot in the day, but the nights are beautiful. Stars light up the clear skys and its always very quiet. Wildlife includes turtles, birds and frogs in the little streams that pop up during the wet season.

Though known for its trees, this desert park is also popular for its diverse recreational activities. – In Short Comprised of the Colorado and Mojave deserts, this enormous 800,000-acre park features two desert ecosystems to explore, as well as five oases. The wetter Mojave is the habitat of the famous namesake trees, which twist like the surrounding rock formations. The Colorado provides a natural garden of cacti and bush.
