It's great for viewing the stars 🌟.
It has some unique features & I would never tell anyone not to go. However, unless you can hike, everything of interest does not take long too see. Driving to Keys View or the Skull Rock take longer than viewing things of interest.
It was FREE and open to the public. It had a lot of historical information plaques regarding 1the Park and the trees. There was a walking path and an opportunity to take pictures of the individual trees or of the many trees in the park. Parking was on the gravel and there is only enough parking for about 5 cars to pull in off the road. The drive is beautiful!!! If you stop outside of the designated area, watch out for animal poop!!!
Beautiful, unique desert landscapes and incredible rock formations. Joshua Tree feels truly otherworldly and is absolutely worth a visit.
