I could not recommend Josh enough! He was an incredible broker that played a critical role in the purchase of my flat. We faced all kinds of different issues and Josh always went above and beyond to help as much as possible. After almost 6 months in the process, the sellers almost backed out… We were able fo complete the sale because Josh was able to get me two more mortgage offers in less than a week!
