We had a terrible experience with this individual . He has no idea where to send patients . We told him which lab to send the order to and even though he confirmed it is done , we drove over 40 minutes so that they say the order is not there : he sent it to a completely different place . I would make sure I avoid Baylor Scott and white in general and physician assistants in specific .
