Dr. Tal is very knowledgeable in his field. He is compassionate, relatable, supportive, provides feedback and tools to resolve presenting concerns. Dr. Tal is wonderful working with adults and children.
Josh is wonderful. I came to him trying to wean off of Ambien and he helped me so much. We did 6 sessions and now I am sleeping so much better with no drugs. I struggled with insomnia for 20 years. He really helped me understand sleep from a place of calm and the CBTi process really works at normalizing sleep and restructuring my thinking around sleep. It works - I just had to stick with it and trust. Recommend highly!
Dr. Tal truly helped me get my life back. Everyday I thank god how he guided me to him and had gotten me to this place in my life. I don’t want to go too much into detail about myself because this review is obviously public, but he helped me get off of the medication I was on and deal with and learn how to cope with my sleep anxiety. I was skeptical about the price but honestly, he is worth every single penny. Thank you Dr.Tal for everything you have done for me.
