I had an excellent experience at my appointment. They were able to take some xrays right in the office quickly. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!
Great doctor. Took time to explain the procedure and answered my questions. Made me feel very comfortable.
My appointment was 2hrs long, Dr spent a total of 10 mins with me. No complaints for Dr. Anderson. No resin I had to sit & wait for Dr’s appointment. Then I made a follow up appt with Ruth @ front desk, I wanted appt in Gaylord office. Got home looked at paperwork & appt wasn’t even scheduled for the correct Day, Time or Office. It was totally wrong. Called GLOC & phones are messed up!!! Couldn’t even get to Gaylord office to correct my appt. Crazy place.
Professional and caring. Great surgeon. Explains so you understand what and why. If you need your knee replaced he is who I would recommend hands down.
