There was a first time patient enrollment call back que we started back in Middle of August we entered office to start enrollment to then be told we would receive a call that first appointment would be September 2nd. Then when appointment came documents took majority of appointment time and was rudely forced to reschedule. September 4th returned and again met with RBF and rude demeanor. Dr Summers is a calm happy man who is an excellent physician. He encourages dialog and sincerely cares about, and for, his patients. I have always found his staff to kind and pleasant.
