Staff were very sweet. Very clean, and great first appointment! 🥰🫶🤝
Toxic toxic staff ! The PA is on a power trip and if you question anything you get a letter telling you to go elsewhere! I’m sharing my experience with the board of medicine. Not sure it will go anywhere but at least my voice will be heard .. every bad review on here seems to be the same PA and staff .
As every time in the past I have been treated wonderful-by Dr. Summers AND the staff I dealt with! When I need a refill I can pick it up within a day, bloodwork always has been reviewed and discussed if there was an issue. Today Crystal bent backwards helping me to get a quick MRI appointment - worked just fine! Had it TODAY as well Thank you all!!
I have been seeing Dr. Summers for years and to say him and his staff are the best would be a gross understatement. They listen, provide solutions and most of all care about each and every one of their patients. From patient care to custom care they are all the very best. Thank you for taking care of all of us.
I’ve never had to wait so long for a doctor to just REVIEW bloodwork (almost a month). I’ve called 3 times now and each time there’s a note put it that I have questions about my bloodwork results that I can see on my portal and NOTHING. Still waiting lol. I understand no news is good news but it hasn’t even been looked at yet. The Nurse practitioner is wonderful. Dr. Summers is obviously dismissive.
