Joshua Stern aided and abetted his friend, my abusive and alcoholic ex-husband, and ruined my credit even though I was never a leaseholder for his property. After I called 911 on my now ex-husband harming me in July 2018, the police filed a report containing photos of my blood, bruises, and the many empty liquor bottles in my ex's bedroom. you want to sell a home, Lee Stern is the way to go! What a dynamite lady!! I have sold two homes now through Lee and can’t sing her praises loud enough. Lee is so thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and such a hard worker! She is so on top of things and always kept us updated on the status of every step of the process.
